No. Spam checking on outgoing mail is actually rather pointless in my experience. What would happen is the 'abnormal' burst would be noticed, and your account would be reviewed. If it was determined that your usage spike appears to be due to infection, you would be alerted before your account was disabled.
This has occurred in the past, and users who have been infected just cleaned themselves out and returned to normal usage patterns.
